You’ve heard of many “soup” foods that promise to help you lose weight fast, and it tastes good to you. It’s simple: drink soup for a few days and lose weight. Soups are easy and they can help you lose weight. However, they are not a miracle solution to weight loss. You can’t live on soup forever. This recipe is based on onion soup packets or any other dry soup packets you like. Here’s how to do it. Drain the cabbage diet soup in a large pot. Gently chop the other vegetables you have on hand: onions, carrots, green beans and tomatoes and add them to the pot. Add dry soup mix (one or two packets) and can of canned tomatoes. Add water. The base of this dish is a combination of taco seasonings. You can add half a pound of turkey or ground chicken if you like. The result is three large cans of kidney beans (drained and rinsed), two large cans of tomatoes (add as is) and one can of onion. Put everything in a bowl with a glass of water and stir. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 40 minutes.

Be satisfied and lose weight – you will not be hungry

The main advantage of soups is that they fill you up for less calories. You can eat as much soup as you want for your main meal of the day; if you feel hungry between meals, eat a cup of soup. You can also take soup to work with. As we said, soup is not a magic bullet. They will help you lose weight if you use them wisely: start a weight loss program, or go on a diet. Do not use them as a staple in your diet for more than five days. However, you can prepare them and keep them in the fridge and freezer so you can always eat them if you are hungry.
